Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Most Domestic orders that have a sub-total of $75 or more (after promotional discounts) will qualify for **FREE Shipping!  Please note that some High End products are excluded from this offer and will indicate so in the product description.  In addition, some BULK ORDERS will not qualify for free shipping.  In these instances, we will contact you via email and/or phone to inform you if there's any additional shipping costs required before we can process and ship your order.

**First Class Mail will be used if available for any Free Shipping promotions.

Shipping is a separate service provided by the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.).

All orders ship same day if your order is placed and received by us before 2:00 P.M. E.S.T. (except Sundays and Holidays).

For your protection and for security purposes, all first time orders with a subtotal of $99.99 or more WILL REQUIRE signature confirmation to the confirmed billing address. Any subsequent order with a subtotal of $149.99 or more WILL REQUIRE signature confirmation to the confirmed billing address.

Please note that in some rare cases, all orders may not ship the same day due to unforeseen and uncontrollable factors such as power outages, shipping software problems that can cause delays in printing shipping labels, incorrect shipping address submitted (address database could not locate the address provided), etc.

Generally, First Class Mail orders are delivered with an estimated time (not guaranteed) of 1-7 business days from the shipping date (depending on where the delivery address is) and Priority Mail orders are delivered with an estimated time (also not guaranteed) of 1-3 business days from the shipping date.

Express Mail orders are GUARANTEED by the United States Postal Service to arrive within one (1) business day to 'MOST' U.S. locations or your money back (shipping cost reimbursed by the USPS).  In addition, Signature Confirmation is REQUIRED for all Express Mail orders.

Shipping rates are based on total weight and dimensions of your entire order.

Shipping rates for U.S.P.S. First Class Mail starts at around $2.82.

Shipping rates for U.S.P.S. Priority Mail starts at $6.50.

All orders are provided a USPS tracking number.

As stated previously, shipping is a separate service provided by the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) and we are not responsible for any shipment showing delivered but are claimed to be not received by you.

Furthermore, we cannot be held liable for any damages or lost items due to shipping errors which are beyond our control.

If your order is returned to us for reasons beyond our control, we will refund your credit card minus any shipping costs paid since we will not be refunded for the original shipping cost. 

Shipping to Indiana

Due to HB 1432, we are no longer allowed to ship E-Liquids to the State of Indiana as of July 1st, 2016.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by this.

Shipping to Arkansas/Utah

Due to Arkansas Act 1235 (SB978) and Utah House Bill 415 (HB415), online sales for e-cigarettes products are no longer allowed for these states.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by this.

Shipping to West Virginia

Due to SB 1012, we are no longer allowed to ship E-Liquids to the State of West Virginia as of July 1st, 2016 until we receive approval from the West Virginia Tax Commission.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by this.

Tariff Fees

As many of you may already know by now, our government has imposed tariffs on many products from China. Since EVCigarettes orders a majority of its products from North American distributors and manufacturers, a large majority of our products are unaffected and do not typically get hit with any tariff fees. Unfortunately for a very small amount of highly requested products (under ten) that we do carry, we are now obligated to pay a tariff.

As of January 23rd, 2019, these affected products will carry a surcharge when ordered. Fortunately, the cost carried over to our valued clients will not be the full tariff amount we are being charged. Instead, we have decided to integrate a discounted surcharge into a flat fee which will cover both shipping costs and the tariff fee. Additionally, affected products can be easily identified and will have this statement within the product description in bold, red lettering “This product does not qualify for free shipping and it has a fixed insured shipping cost & import tariff fees of followed by the combined fee amount.

We value our customer relationships and thank you for your understanding as we continue to closely monitor the situation with the imposed tariffs. Once the tariffs are ended, we will discontinue adding a surcharge to products on which we did not already have to pay a tariff.

International Shipping

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Prior to placing an International Order with us, please check your country's Customs Import Regulations.  Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order.  These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.  Also, please note that we are neither responsible for nor have any control over delivery issues due to Customs related issues.

For fraud protection and security purposes, we will ONLY ship International Orders to the billing address on file with the credit card that is used for your purchase.

We are not able to mark orders as "gifts" nor are we able to undervalue the items being shipped because we are a retail store.  Additionally, we are unable to mislabel the items being shipped in order to avoid potential rejection by your country's customs department.  

We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.

EVCigarettes has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please do not ask us to do so - we don't have this information. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.

International Shipping is a separate service provided by the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.).

Shipping Rates for USPS First Class Mail International and USPS Priority Mail International are based on weight.  Pricing for First Class Mail International starts around $9.75 USD and Priority Mail International starts around $25.00 USD.

All International Orders are provided a USPS tracking number, however tracking information may not be available after packages leave the United States of America.

Product Exchange Policy

We guarantee all batteries, chargers & Electronic APVs / MODs (except for Clearance Priced products which have a DOA Warranty only) to be free from manufactured defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 30 days from the date in which you received your order.  Some exclusions apply (see Warranty tab under product page for details).

All Rebuildable Atomizers and Mechanical MODs / APVs have no warranty or returns due to the nature of these items.  Rebuildable Atomizers and Mechanical MODs have no electronic parts, meaning they cannot break or fail. 

All Atomizers, Cartomizers, Clearomizers and Heads (Atomizer & Clearomizer Heads) are considered as a "consumable part" and are guaranteed to not be received as DOA (Dead on Arrival) ONLY!  Also, all Clearance Priced products will have a DOA Warranty only.

All DOA return requests MUST be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please note that our "Product Exchange Policy" does not guarantee compatibility of our products/brands, such as threading issues, with different products/brands purchased from another company/website.  

This 'Product Exchange Policy' does NOT guarantee or replace any products with damage caused by normal/heavy wear and tear, modification of our products, improper setup, use of products bought outside our store/website which causes damage to our product/s, or unintentional/intentional misuse or abuse of our products such as cross-threading. In addition, cosmetic issues such as minor scratches or blemishes are not covered by our "Product Exchange Policy".

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON ANY E-LIQUID OR CARTRIDGES FOR SANITARY AND SAFETY REASONS.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Some products may have a warranty / serial number sticker.  Please do NOT remove this sticker.  If removed, your warranty will be voided.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

Customer assumes responsibility and all costs in shipping items back to us for warranty exchanges and we will assume the cost in shipping the replacement/s.

After signing in to your account, returns can be made under "My Account", then select the option "Completed Orders", and finally select the product you wish to return and select "Return Item".  If the item you are returning is part of a Starter Kit, please select the Starter Kit and explain which part in the Starter Kit you are returning in the "Comments" section.

Once we receive, examine, and test your defective item/s in question, we will notify you on the status of your return within 24-48 hours.  For faster processing, please make sure to write "ATTN:" along with either your Return ID/RMA # or your Order # on the return shipping label.

If you send your return back to us without submitting a return request, we will reject the returned package and have the delivery carrier return the package to sender.

HOLIDAY GIFT ORDERS: The Warranty period for gift orders placed on/after Black Friday will begin on December 25th of the same year.

  

Refunds

Refunds are available on returns of most unused or unopened product/s if received back within 30 days of the delivery date EXCEPT FOR ANY Starter Kits, E-Liquid / Cartridges, Rebuildable Atomizers, Electronic & Mechanical MODs / APVs, products made of glass, Cartridges (for sanitary and safety reasons) and/or for any 'Clearance Priced' Items.  In addition, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund issued.

All qualified returns MUST be in 'brand new' condition (box/packaging still brand new/undamaged, unopened plastic wrapping, original manufacturer seal sticker unremoved, 'EV Cigarettes' seal unremoved, etc.).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Some products may have a warranty / serial number sticker.  Please do NOT remove this sticker.  If removed, we CANNOT accept your return.

All sales are final on Clearance Priced items.  No Refunds or Exchanges allowed.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order contains items that qualified for Free Shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost amount associated with the shipment of your order from your refund.  This includes mail that is returned to sender by the mail carrier due to reasons beyond our control.

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange.  Please be sure that you qualify for a refund/store credit before sending your return to us.  If you are not sure if your return qualifies for a refund/store credit, please contact us before mailing your return to us.
