EVcigarettes.com guarantees all batteries and chargers to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 60 days after receiving your order.
The Indulgence V3 Body has a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty.
We warranty the Indulgence V3 for a period of 90 days which begins on the date of receipt. (All warranty claims beyond 90 days must be handled through the manufacturer.)
Standard Resistance Atomizers are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and worksmanship under normal use and service for 14 days due to possible and unintentional misuse and/or abuse.
Low Resistance (LR) Atomizers and all Cartomizers have no warranty and are guaranteed to not be received as DOA (Dead on Arrival) ONLY!
Please note that before shipping, we test each Atomizers' resistance and check for continuity with a multimeter.
This warranty and Exchange Policy DOES NOT guarantee or replace any damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse or abuse of products, or damaged or modifed products.
This warranty does not cover any cartridges or E-Liquid for safety and sanitary reasons.
