Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction and quality is very important to us and we offer a 60 day Warranty on manufacturer's defects, workmanship, and quality on all Batteries, AC/Wall Chargers, PCC Cases, and USB Passthroughs.

Standard Resistance Atomizers have a 14 day Warranty.

Cartomizers and LR Atomizers are guaranteed to not be received as DOA (Dead on Arrrival) ONLY!

For sanitary and safety reasons, we CANNOT accept any returns of Cartridges and E-Liquid.

After signing in to your account, returns can be made under "My Account", then select the option "Completed Orders", and finally select the product you wish to return and select "Return Item".

After we receive your defective item/s back we will promptly ship your replacement within 1 business day.

Refunds

Refunds are available on returns if received within 30 days of the delivery date for any unused or unopened product/s except for any E-Liquid/E-Juice (we cannot accept any returns for E-Liquid/E-Juice for sanitary and safety reasons) and/or fpr any Clearance Priced Items.

All Starter Kit returns that have been used and are no longer in "Brand  New" Condition are subject to a 50% restocking fee (NO EXCEPTIONS).

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping

All Domestic orders that total $100 or more qualify for FREE Shipping!  Shipping Rate for USPS First Class Mail is based on weight (starting at around $2) and USPS Priority Mail is a Flat Rate of $7.00.

All International orders that total $250 or more qualify for FREE USPS Priority Mail International Shipping!  Shipping Rate for USPS International First Class Mail is based on weight (starting at around $11) and $30 for USPS Priority Mail International.

All orders will ship same day if order is placed before 2:00 P.M. E.S.T. (except Sundays and Holidays).  All orders are provided a USPS tracking number and we are not responsible for any shipment showing delivered but are claimed to be not received by you.  Furthermore, we can not be held liable for any damages or lost items due to shipping errors which are beyond our control.
