Shipping is a separate service provided by the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.).

All orders ship same day if your order is placed and received by us before 2:00 P.M. E.S.T. (except Sundays and Holidays).

Generally, First Class Mail orders are delivered with an estimated time (not guaranteed) of 1-7 business days from the shipping date (depending on where the delivery address is) and Priority Mail orders are delivered with an estimated time (also not guaranteed) of 2-3 business days from the shipping date.

All Domestic orders that total $100 or more qualify for FREE Shipping!

Shipping Rates for USPS First Class Mail is based on weight (starting at around $2.60) and USPS Priority Mail is a Flat Rate of $6.50.

All orders are provided a USPS tracking number.

Furthermore, we can not be held liable for any damages or lost items due to shipping errors which are beyond our control.

International Shipping

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Prior to placing an International Order with us, please check your country's Customs Import Regulations.  Also, please note that we are neither responsible for nor have any control over delivery issues due to Customs related issues.

For fraud protection and security purposes, we will ONLY ship International Orders to the billing address on file with the credit card that is used for your purchase.

Shipping Rates for USPS First Class Mail International and USPS Priority Mail International are based on weight.  Pricing for First Class Mail International starts around $9.75 USD and Priority Mail International starts around $25.00 USD.

All International Orders are provided a USPS tracking number, however tracking information may not be available after packages leave the United States of America.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We guarantee all batteries, chargers, Revolution Bodies, and Indulgence V4 Power Switches to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 30 days from the date in which you received your order.

All Atomizers, Cartomizers, and Clearomizers have no warranty and are guaranteed to not be received as DOA (Dead on Arrival) ONLY!

Please note that before shipping, we test each Atomizer's resistance and check for continuity with a multimeter.

We do not check any Cartomizers or Clearomizers (except RiVa-T CE2 Clearomizers) so we suggest that you check for DOAs as soon as you receive your order.

All DOA claims and return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

This warranty and Exchange Policy DOES NOT guarantee or replace any products with damage caused by normal/heavy wear and tear, modification of our products, improper setup, use of products bought outside our store/website which causes damage to our product/s, or unintentional/intentional misuse or abuse of our products.

This warranty DOES NOT cover any Cartridges or E-Liquid for safety and sanitary reasons.

Customer assumes responsibility and all costs in shipping items back to us for warranty exchanges and we will assume the cost in shipping the replacement/s.

After signing in to your account, returns can be made under "My Account", then select the option "Completed Orders", and finally select the product you wish to return and select "Return Item".  If the item you are returning is part of a Starter Kit, please select the Starter Kit and explain which part in the Starter Kit you are returning in the "Comments" section.

Once we receive, examine, and test your defective item/s in question we will notify you on the status of your return within 24 - 48 hours.

Refunds

Refunds are available on returns if received within 30 days of the delivery date for any unused or unopened product/s except for any E-Liquid/E-Juice and Cartridges (for sanitary and safety reasons) and/or for any Clearance Priced Items.

All unopened Starter Kit returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (NO EXCEPTIONS).

If your order contains items that qualified for Free Shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost amount associated with the shipment of your order from your refund. 

All shipping costs are non-refundable
